One of the biggest challenges for those wanting to make a difference is getting the attention of policy makers who have the power to enact laws and enforce existing policies that impact the community.

Based on this study, discussions within the League, and our alignment and consensus process, LWVMpls has updated our positions on public safety and we will be educating voters and lobbying for action on these going forward.
