Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara will be the guest speaker at the Civic Buzz in May. The event is co-sponsored by Plymouth’s Reimagining Community Safety Committee and Mill City Commons.

O’Hara will talk about the complexities of police reform and his plans to increase public safety in the City of Minneapolis. Throughout his career, Chief O’Hara has worked collaboratively with communities and other public safety divisions, including alternatives to policing strategies, to enact enduring change. Chief O’Hara will be joined by Chief of Staff Christopher Gainer and Inspector Katie Blackwell of the MPD.
