New Date! LWVMpls Program Planning

Program Planning Rescheduled.  Join us Saturday, February 8th from 8:30 am to noon at Lake Harriet United Methodist Church. David Rubedor, Director of Neighborhood and Community Relations and Casey Joe Carl, City Clerk and Clerk of Council for the City of Minneapolis kick off the meeting. Learn how you can be involved in the 2020 census and how Minneapolis will conduct the Presidential Primary.

Each year LWVMpls meets to identify issues of concern to our members. We employ a grassroots process called Program Planning, seeking the input of every member. Help us make the most important decisions we make as League members. This is your chance to be heard, to bring forward your ideas for study and community discussion, and to hear from other members how we should use our time and energies.

Register by e-mail: [email protected] or  call the LWVMpls office at 612-333-6319. Meet at Lake Harriet United Methodist Church, 4901 Chowen Ave South, in Minneapolis. Parking is free and adjacent to the church, and public transportation is close.
