The Legislative Information Management System (LIMS) was launched in September 2017 and provides the public with easy access to legislative action taking place in the City of Minneapolis. From reviewing actions that affect your neighborhood to analyzing a year’s worth of data, LIMS connects you to information without you needing to be a City Hall insider. Casey Carl, Minneapolis City Clerk, whose job is to “make government accessible to the people,” will introduce us to this treasure-trove of city information.
