Redistricting: a briefing paper produced by the League of Women Voters Minnesota defines redistricting and outlines three proposals for reform. LWVMN Position: Support timely redistricting based substantially
on populations and affecting all state and local governmental bodies.

by a reapportionment commission. Issues: The states around the Great Lakes are in danger of decreasing
their representatives. What does this mean to their control of the
